L'Abbaye de Royaumont

Away from the world, in the heart of the Oise Regional Natural Park, this abbey built nearly 800 years ago is the largest Cistercian abbey in Ile-de-France and has spaces that can accommodate from 10 to 600 collaborators.

The verdant setting is assured, just 45 minutes from Paris.

The master carpenters who worked at the abbey in the 13th century provided it with a structure so solid that some of the beams installed in the Middle Ages are still in place.

This incredible place, which became a foundation in 1964, is now an international reference in research, innovation, and transmission, particularly in dance and music.

The venue features 10 spacious meeting rooms, served by an elevator, benefiting from natural light and large openings onto the park, as well as 5 large reception halls with spectacular vaulted heights. These spaces are equipped to meet all your needs: multimedia equipment, sound system, lighting control, acoustic treatment, high-speed internet...

After intense days, recharge by enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. Stroll through the medieval-inspired garden or the Kitchen Garden, discover the romantic ruins of the abbey for a moment of introspection... The proximity between the meeting rooms and living spaces fosters cohesion and sharing.

The cuisine is inspired by the Kitchen Garden of the abbey, where it sources part of its ingredients, supplemented by fresh products found from small French producers, preferably local ones. In a spirit of openness, you can watch the preparation of dishes conceived and made by the Chef and his team through the large windows of the abbey's new kitchen.
